· What are the payment methods?

We accept any credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

What happens after I make my payment?

Once your payment is validated you will receive two emails:
1. A confirmation email with your order number, indicating that we have received your order.
2. An email to notify you of the tracking number so you can track your order.

· How long do shipments take?

The time it takes to receive your order can vary between 3 and 8 business days.

Shipments will be delivered on business days only, except on holidays.

*During peak season, shipments may take longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience and trust.

- Incidents with my order

When the package arrives, we recommend recording an uncut, well-lit video from the moment you open the box until you have reviewed each of your products. If the order arrives intact, as notified by the email with the breakdown of your order, you can delete the video. Otherwise, send the video to our WhatsApp number 5580232776 to resolve your case.

- Where do I generate my invoice?

After placing your order, send an email to arixba@iusa.com.mx using your CFDI, tax regime, and attach your current month's Tax Status Certificate in PDF format.

It is mandatory to send the email requesting your invoice on the day of purchase.
